Shipping over $60 within the continental United States of America is FREE. This option is for First Class United States Postal Service which usually delivers within 2-5 business days once shipped.
Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $3.95 via First Class United States Postal Service (delivery within 2-5 business days once shipped).
We also have expedited shipping options like the Priority 2-3 Day Rush Mail for $12.95 or the Priority 1-2 Day Rush Mail for $29.95. Please note that these time frame are the transit times once the order has shipped.
To exchange your order for another size, simply fill out the Return/Authorization form that was included with your order and follow the instructions for "Easy Size Exchange" within 30 days of order delivery.
Please make sure you send back your items in brand new condition with tags and packaging. Once we receive your items, we will send you a confirmation e-mail for the exchange and ship out your new size free of charge.
You do not need to call us for an Easy Size Exchange and you do not need an RMA number.
To return an order, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in your order and please follow the "Return" instructions. You do not need to contact us for an RMA number.
Please send back your items in brand new condition with tags and packaging. Once we receive your items, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and process the refund promptly to your original payment method. We do not cover return shipping. Original shipping fees are deducted from the refund on all orders.
We recommend these steps if you think your package is missing or lost:
1) Check all parts of your home. Your mailbox, front porch, back door, and more. There have been many cases where the missing item was delivered on the side of the porch or front stairs and was missed by the recipient.
2) Check with your neighbors promptly. Many times missing packages have been mis-delivered to your neighbor next door or down the street.
If you still have not found your package, please call the United States Postal Service office for assistance. The United States Postal Service will assist you in tracking down your missing package, we do not have any control over packages once they leave our boutique.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for missing or lost packages. Once a package is picked up by the United States Postal Service and leaves our boutique, we are no longer in control of the package and the package is no longer in our hands.
The United States Postal Service is the deliverer of all packages and all missing or lost packages must be reported to the United States Postal Service.
